The pursuit of the perfect cup starts with the selection of the Fincas (coffee farms) from which the coffee berries are made to mature and ripen on the tree. The higher quality coffees prefer higher altitudes. It is from the trees grown on higher slopes that our trained coffee buyers carefully select the beans that eventually end up in our Premium Blends.
